"I am definitely in the 'beyond' category and had only ever been to one yoga class in my life before. I thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from Cathy's zoom yoga classes. Despite being spread out across the country, Cathy developed a camaraderie. Cathy clearly explained and demonstrated all yoga moves which was essential for a novice like me. I have really benefitted from the exercises and learnt ways to help with shoulder pain every day. If you are considering yoga, I can highly recommend Cathy's classes."

(Louise, July 2020)

"I just wanted to say how lovely Well Woman Yoga is. I'm so pleased I can attend because it's online. It's genuinely the best yoga classes I've ever been to." (Gemma, Sept 2020)

"Thanks for another lovely session Cathy. It was like a warm hug." (Cordelia Dec 2020)

"Cathy's yoga classes were the highlight of my pregnancies and early months with both of my children. Pregnancy yoga gave me time to focus on me and my growing bump and postnatal yoga allowed quality time to bond with my baby. I recommend her classes unreservedly... She is a very special lady!"

"I can whole heartedly recommend Cathy. She has made the most of lockdown and by providing zoom yoga she has enabled me and my newborn a sense of normality - allowing us to try something out from the comfort of home. She is incredibly generous, caring, flexible and understanding. I’m incredibly grateful to have discovered her!"

(Fran August 2020)

Chair Yoga

Friday morning 11am-12 noon only online via Zoom.

"I felt an unexpected lightness and vitality after just one almost effortless session of Chair Yoga with Cathy" (Alex, Sept 2020)

"Since my injury going to yoga has been difficult. Cathy's Chair Yoga was fabulous, she enabled me to work with what I can do now so that I could get as much benefit from the session as possible. I felt so much better, more relaxed and in a more positive frame of  mind that beforehand. Thank you Cathy!" (Frances, September 2020)

"I find these yoga sessions very friendly and it is easy to follow Cathy's instructions. The classes are gentle but do have a positive effect - my knees are more flexible and it improves my mental outlook"

Fertility Yoga & Yoga for the Menopause

With a passion for supporting women through times of hormonal transition, Well Woman Yoga classes can be a great place to build up a range of practices for reproductive health and hormonal balance.

For more individualised practices women can book 1:1 'yoga therapy' sessions focusing on their own specific needs. This gentle approach can help women to integrate yoga into their daily lives in a therapeutic way, whatever their personal circumstances. Supporting wellbeing and health through conception, fertility treatment, menstruation symptoms (e.g. endometriosis or painful periods) or challenges during the menopause (e.g. hot flushes and mood swings).

Yoga breathing is shown to help alleviate symptoms of fluctuating hormones and promote balance. Inner peace and calm are enhanced. Pelvic health can be improved and energy levels increased.

One to One sessions are usually led online via Zoom where the session can be recorded so that it can be re-used many times.

Each session is tailor-made to the individual to meet their specific needs (cost £60.00 for one hour).
