  • Date of birth, to ensure treatment is age appropriate and to help understand health challenges.

  • Any information relating to your medical history, health challenges and treatments (past and current) that you choose to share, as part of the consultation process and to ensure the best remedy is prescribed for you

All homoeopathy case notes are stored for seven years following the last appointment and for children records are kept for seven years following the child’s 18th birthday. You may have a copy of your notes if you wish, although the originals must remain with the homoeopath. Under certain circumstances there may be requirement to share these notes with the police or the courts. This would only happen if there was a legal requirement to do so.
